You can view all your task data within the app.

Export Your Data

Contact support to request a complete export of your data.

Delete Your Data

  • Delete individual tasks through the app
  • Delete your entire account in Profile settings
  • Request complete deletion by contacting support

Notification Preferences

  • Control reminders in app settings
  • Manage notifications in iOS Settings
  • Opt out of daily summaries

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Profile → Sign Out
  2. Contact support@helpd.app to request complete deletion
  3. All data will be removed within 30 days

Children's Privacy

Helpd is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Third-Party Services

Helpd integrates with third-party services:

Apple Services

  • Push Notifications (via APNs)
  • Calendar (with your permission)
  • Face ID / Touch ID (local only)

OpenAI

Powers AI features. Task content sent for processing is not stored or used for training. See OpenAI Privacy Policy

International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Helpd, you consent to this transfer.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
